Shipping policy

Last updated: 21 June 2026

This Shipping Policy explains where Anyora delivers, where our inventory is stored and dispatched, who fulfils orders, the applicable delivery charge, our order-processing arrangements, estimated delivery times, and how we handle delayed, lost, damaged, misdelivered, refused or returned parcels.

This policy applies to physical goods purchased from Anyora and delivered to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces any statutory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Customer-support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm UK local time, excluding public holidays.

UK local time means Greenwich Mean Time or British Summer Time, as applicable.

In this policy, “Anyora”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Anyora Limited.

2. Delivery country and coverage

We currently deliver physical goods only within the United Kingdom.

We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom.

Delivery is available only to United Kingdom addresses and postcodes accepted during checkout.

The standard £5.99 delivery charge applies to every United Kingdom postcode accepted during checkout, including accepted addresses in:

  • England;

  • Wales;

  • Scotland;

  • Northern Ireland;

  • the Scottish Highlands;

  • the Isle of Wight; and

  • islands that form part of the United Kingdom.

The Crown Dependencies are not part of the United Kingdom and are not covered by this UK-only delivery service. We therefore do not currently offer standard delivery to:

  • Jersey;

  • Guernsey; or

  • the Isle of Man.

If checkout does not accept an address or postcode, we do not currently offer standard delivery to that location.

Any address restriction known to us will be disclosed before the order is submitted.

3. Products covered

This standard delivery policy currently applies to all physical products offered for delivery by Anyora.

The products covered by this policy use:

  • a standard delivery charge of £5.99 per order;

  • a normal handling time of 1–2 working days;

  • a normal carrier transit time of 2–3 working days; and

  • delivery to the customer’s accepted United Kingdom address.

If a product is later introduced with a different compulsory delivery charge, handling time, transit time or geographic restriction, we will disclose the different conditions and update the applicable:

  • website information;

  • product page;

  • basket and checkout;

  • product data; and

  • merchant-platform settings

before accepting orders for that product.

4. Inventory, fulfilment and dispatch origin

Inventory for current customer orders is stored in Bilston, England, United Kingdom.

Orders are packed and dispatched by Anyora from Bilston, England, United Kingdom.

Anyora currently carries out its own order fulfilment, including:

  • order preparation;

  • picking;

  • packing; and

  • handover to the appointed delivery provider.

We do not currently use a third-party fulfilment company to store, pack or dispatch customer orders.

Royal Mail and Evri are delivery providers used to transport parcels after Anyora has prepared and dispatched them. They are not responsible for selecting, storing or packing our inventory.

No customer orders are currently dispatched directly from manufacturers, suppliers or warehouses outside the United Kingdom.

If our inventory location, dispatch origin or fulfilment arrangements materially change, we will update this policy and the relevant website, checkout and merchant-platform information before the revised arrangements apply to future orders.

5. Delivery location and collection

Orders are delivered to the customer address entered and accepted during checkout.

We do not currently offer collection from our:

  • registered office;

  • inventory location; or

  • dispatch location.

Our registered office and operational location are not retail shops or customer collection points.

After dispatch, the appointed delivery provider may offer an available:

  • safe place;

  • nominated neighbour;

  • parcel shop;

  • reception location; or

  • collection point.

Any carrier-provided option is subject to that provider’s availability, service conditions and operating requirements.

6. Delivery providers

We currently use Royal Mail and Evri, depending on the parcel, product, destination and available service.

The provider used for a particular order may be identified in the dispatch confirmation or tracking information.

We may use another suitable delivery provider where reasonably necessary.

Using another provider will not reduce your contractual or statutory rights.

7. Standard delivery charge

Standard delivery costs £5.99 per order for every product and United Kingdom address covered by this service and accepted during checkout.

The £5.99 charge is per order, not per item.

There is currently:

  • no permanent free-delivery threshold;

  • no compulsory minimum order value;

  • no separate compulsory handling charge;

  • no separate compulsory processing charge;

  • no separate compulsory logistics charge; and

  • no additional compulsory carrier fee.

The standard delivery charge will be:

  • displayed before you submit the order;

  • included in the basket or checkout total; and

  • confirmed in your order information.

We will not add an undisclosed compulsory delivery-related charge after the order has been submitted.

If we temporarily offer free delivery or another optional delivery service, its price, conditions and estimated delivery time will be clearly displayed before the order is submitted.

8. Currency

Delivery charges under this policy are displayed and charged in pounds sterling.

9. Order cutoff

Our standard order cutoff is 5:00pm UK local time, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 5:00pm on a working day normally begin processing on that working day.

Orders placed:

  • after 5:00pm;

  • on a Saturday or Sunday; or

  • on a public holiday affecting our fulfilment operations

normally begin processing on the next applicable working day.

The cutoff determines when the handling calculation normally begins. It does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

10. Handling time

Our normal handling time is 1–2 working days.

Handling time is the period required to process the order and hand the parcel to the delivery provider.

It may include time required to:

  • review and confirm the order;

  • complete reasonably necessary payment or security checks;

  • select the ordered goods;

  • prepare and pack the goods; and

  • hand the parcel to the delivery provider.

Our normal handling days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays affecting our fulfilment operations.

11. Carrier transit time

Our normal carrier transit time is 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Transit time begins when the parcel is handed to the delivery provider and ends when it is delivered to the customer.

Our normal transit days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays affecting the relevant delivery provider.

12. Total estimated delivery time

Our standard estimated delivery time consists of:

  • 1–2 working days for handling; and

  • 2–3 working days for carrier transit.

This produces a normal estimated delivery period of 3–5 working days from the applicable processing start date.

For an order placed before the 5:00pm cutoff on a working day, processing normally begins that day.

For an order placed after the cutoff, during a weekend or on a relevant public holiday, processing normally begins on the next applicable working day. The expected delivery date may therefore move accordingly.

For example, an order placed after 5:00pm on Friday normally begins processing on Monday, unless Monday is a public holiday affecting our operations.

A working day is normally Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays affecting our fulfilment operations or the appointed delivery provider.

An order-specific estimated delivery date or window displayed during checkout or provided in your order information applies to that order.

13. Estimated and guaranteed delivery dates

Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery dates and delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed appointments.

A delivery date is guaranteed only where we:

  • clearly describe the delivery service as guaranteed;

  • expressly agree that date as part of the order; and

  • confirm the guaranteed date in writing.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after the contract is formed.

14. Public holidays and working days

Our normal fulfilment and carrier transit days are Monday to Friday.

Public holidays affecting our operations or the appointed delivery provider are not treated as ordinary working days when calculating the estimated delivery date.

Where a public holiday falls within the handling or transit period, the expected delivery date may move accordingly.

15. Circumstances that may affect delivery

Delivery may take longer because of:

  • additional payment or security verification;

  • an address correction requested after ordering;

  • severe weather;

  • a public holiday;

  • significant carrier or transport disruption;

  • exceptional seasonal demand;

  • an emergency affecting fulfilment or transport; or

  • another circumstance outside our reasonable control.

Where we know before an order is submitted that the standard delivery estimate is not available, we will display the revised information before accepting the affected order.

Temporary disruption does not remove statutory rights concerning late or failed delivery.

16. Order acknowledgement and acceptance

After an order is placed, we will normally send an acknowledgement confirming that we received it.

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

Contract formation and acceptance are governed by our Terms and Conditions.

When an order is dispatched, we will normally send a dispatch confirmation identifying the goods dispatched.

17. Tracking information

Where tracking is available, the dispatch confirmation or a later message may include:

  • the delivery provider;

  • a tracking reference;

  • the goods dispatched; and

  • an estimated delivery date or window.

Tracking information may take a reasonable period to become active after dispatch.

A tracking status, delivery scan or photograph does not by itself remove your statutory rights.

18. Split shipments

We may deliver an order in more than one parcel where reasonably necessary.

Where an order is split:

  • you may receive separate dispatch confirmations;

  • each parcel may have a separate tracking reference;

  • parcels may arrive on different days; and

  • no additional standard delivery charge will be imposed merely because we divided the order into separate parcels.

19. Delivery addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact support@anyora.uk promptly if you need to request an address correction.

We will try to make the correction where operationally possible, but cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch has begun.

For security or operational reasons, we may need to cancel the order and ask you to place a new order using the correct address.

We will not redirect an order to an address outside the United Kingdom.

20. Delivery instructions

Where a delivery provider accepts instructions, you are responsible for ensuring that they are complete, accurate and appropriate for the location.

Instructions may concern:

  • an authorised safe place;

  • a nominated neighbour;

  • reception or building management;

  • a parcel collection location; or

  • property-access information.

Providing a safe-place, neighbour or collection instruction does not automatically remove your statutory rights.

Where a delivery problem occurs, we may consider:

  • the instructions provided;

  • whether the provider followed them;

  • tracking information;

  • delivery photographs or messages;

  • information supplied by the customer; and

  • other relevant evidence.

21. Transfer of risk

Where Anyora arranges delivery, the goods normally remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of:

  • you; or

  • another person identified by you to receive them.

Different rules may apply where you independently appoint a delivery provider that Anyora did not offer or identify as an available delivery option.

22. Late delivery

Contact support@anyora.uk if your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery period.

Where delivery by a particular date was essential and:

  • you told us before the contract was formed;

  • it was clear from the circumstances that delivery by that date was essential; or

  • we have refused to deliver,

you may be entitled to treat the affected contract as ended immediately.

In other circumstances, you may ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period. If we fail to deliver within that additional period, you may be entitled to end the affected contract.

Where you lawfully end a contract because of late or failed delivery, we will provide the refund or other remedy required by law without undue delay.

Refund timing is explained in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

23. Delayed, lost or missing parcels

Contact us promptly where:

  • the estimated delivery window has passed;

  • tracking has not updated for an unusual period;

  • the delivery provider reports that the parcel is lost;

  • tracking states that the parcel was delivered but you have not received it;

  • the parcel appears to have been delivered to the wrong address; or

  • only part of the order arrived.

Where reasonable, first check:

  • the address shown on the order;

  • any authorised safe place;

  • with household members;

  • with a nominated neighbour or reception; and

  • any delivery photograph or carrier message.

We may contact the delivery provider and open an investigation.

You are not required to resolve a delivery problem directly with a delivery provider appointed by Anyora.

A carrier investigation will not remove your statutory rights or be used to delay an appropriate remedy unreasonably.

Where an order is lost, materially misdelivered or otherwise not delivered as agreed while it remains at our risk, the resolution may include:

  • replacement, where available and agreed;

  • redelivery;

  • a refund; or

  • another remedy required by law.

24. Damaged or tampered deliveries

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible where:

  • the parcel is visibly damaged;

  • goods were damaged during transit;

  • the packaging appears to have been opened or tampered with;

  • goods are missing; or

  • an essential part or component is missing.

Prompt notification helps us investigate but does not shorten or remove your statutory rights.

We may request reasonable evidence, including:

  • your order number;

  • a description of the issue;

  • photographs of the goods or packaging;

  • a photograph of the delivery label; or

  • other relevant information.

We will not insist on photographic or video evidence where obtaining it would be unreasonable, impossible or unnecessary and other reasonable evidence is available.

25. Incorrect or incomplete orders

Contact us promptly if you receive:

  • the wrong product;

  • the wrong size, colour, model or variant;

  • the wrong quantity;

  • an incomplete order; or

  • an order intended for another customer.

Where reasonably possible, do not use, alter or dispose of incorrectly supplied goods while we investigate unless we tell you otherwise.

Anyora will bear reasonable and necessary return or collection costs where the problem resulted from our error.

26. Failed delivery attempts

Depending on the delivery service, the provider may:

  • make another delivery attempt;

  • follow an authorised safe-place or neighbour instruction;

  • leave the parcel at a collection location;

  • ask you to arrange redelivery; or

  • return the parcel to Anyora.

Follow reasonable carrier instructions concerning collection or redelivery.

Contact us if you believe the delivery provider did not follow the agreed delivery instructions.

27. Returned and unclaimed parcels

A parcel may be returned to us because:

  • the address supplied was materially incomplete or incorrect;

  • the parcel was not collected after reasonable notification;

  • delivery attempts failed for a reason within the customer’s control; or

  • delivery was refused without an identified product or delivery problem.

Where a parcel is returned, we will contact you or respond to your enquiry concerning the available resolution.

Where you request redelivery and redelivery is reasonably available, we may require payment of the actual and reasonable redelivery cost. The amount will be disclosed and agreed before redelivery is arranged.

Where a refund applies, it will be handled under our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy and applicable law.

Any deduction from a refund will be made only where:

  • it is permitted by law;

  • the relevant circumstances and amount are properly explained;

  • the deduction reflects an evidenced direct cost;

  • the cost was caused by a matter within the customer’s control; and

  • the deduction does not conflict with a statutory refund right.

We do not impose a restocking fee or an invented administration charge.

No redelivery charge or refund deduction will apply where the failed delivery or return was caused by:

  • Anyora;

  • an incorrect product supplied by Anyora;

  • a fault or nonconformity;

  • damage occurring before risk passed to the customer; or

  • a delivery provider appointed by Anyora.

This section does not reduce any right to reimbursement of standard outbound delivery costs where reimbursement is required by law.

28. Refused deliveries

Refusing a parcel does not by itself clearly notify Anyora that you are exercising a cancellation right.

Contact us if you wish to cancel or return an order.

Where delivery is refused because of a verified problem attributable to Anyora or our appointed delivery provider, you will not bear the necessary return or redelivery cost.

Where delivery is refused solely because you changed your mind, the return will be handled under our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy and applicable law.

29. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy explains:

  • our voluntary return period;

  • statutory cancellation rights;

  • change-of-mind returns;

  • faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods;

  • return-delivery costs;

  • refund amounts and timing; and

  • order-cancellation procedures.

That policy should be read together with this Shipping Policy.

30. Personal information

We process personal information relating to delivery as explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may provide Royal Mail, Evri or another appointed delivery provider with information reasonably required to deliver and track an order, including:

  • the recipient’s name;

  • delivery address;

  • email address;

  • telephone number;

  • parcel information;

  • tracking details; and

  • delivery instructions.

31. Changes to this policy

We may update this Shipping Policy for future orders to reflect changes to our:

  • delivery providers;

  • charges;

  • geographic coverage;

  • products;

  • inventory location;

  • dispatch origin;

  • fulfilment arrangements;

  • operating procedures; or

  • legal requirements.

The version available when you submit an order applies to that order.

We will not apply a later change retrospectively to reduce a right forming part of an existing order.

Before materially changing:

  • the delivery country;

  • product coverage;

  • the £5.99 delivery charge;

  • an order-value requirement;

  • handling or transit time;

  • fulfilment or transit days;

  • inventory location;

  • dispatch origin;

  • fulfilment arrangements; or

  • geographic coverage,

we will update the corresponding website, product pages, checkout, product data and merchant-platform information.
